Team Collaboration

Team Members and Project Permissions

Open Team Management

Team access and project access are separate layers. After joining a team, you may still need to be added to a specific project before you can create in it.

Team owners

On the Team page, a team owner can:

  • edit team information;
  • invite or remove team members by email;
  • create team projects;
  • configure project members and their credit limits;
  • close or reopen eligible projects;
  • view project and member credit statistics.

Other members cannot remove the team owner from the member list.

Project editing and archiving controls are shown to the project creator. The team owner and project creator may be different people; team ownership alone does not make every project action available.

Subscriptions, recharges, credit transfers, and credit logs use separate Subscription, quota, or Personal Center entries; they are not managed on the Team page. These financial entries apply to the team you own and do not switch when you view another team in Team Management.

Regular members

Regular members can view teams, members, and projects they can access, but they do not see owner-only controls for editing, invitations, credit statistics, or project creation.

A regular member can leave a team. Before leaving, confirm that you no longer need access to its projects and history.

Add a team member

  1. Select the correct team in Team Management and open Member Management.
  2. As the team owner, choose Invite Member, enter the member's email, and submit.
  3. After success, confirm that the person appears in the team list, then add them to the projects they need.

The page submits an invitation / add operation by email. Follow the actual error if the user is missing, already a member, or another issue occurs. Entering an email does not grant access to every project.

Project members

Team members do not automatically belong to every project. Manage project participation and limits in Member Management:

  1. Change Member View from Team Members Overview to Project Assignment for the required project. The configure-members action in Project Overview also opens this view.
  2. Check whether each team member is assigned. The team owner or project creator can choose Add to Project and optionally enable a credit limit.
  3. Adjust limits for assigned members or remove them from the project. The project creator cannot be removed through this control. Removing a project member preserves their team membership.

When a project is closed, project members and historical content remain, but members cannot be adjusted and no new generation can be submitted.

Understand credit limits

The team credit pool, project limits, and member limits are separate layers:

  • The team pool holds the actual spendable balance.
  • Project and member limits cap spending. Setting a limit does not deduct or reserve credits in the team pool or create a personal wallet.
  • Turning a limit off removes the cap at that layer; team balance and other applicable limits still apply.
  • Enabling a limit and setting it to 0 leaves no available allowance. It does not mean unlimited.

A member's limit cannot be reduced below credits already used. In a capped project, the combined capped member limits cannot exceed the project limit. The form also checks available team credits; follow its message if an amount is rejected.

Team owners can view usage and limits by project or member in Credit Statistics. For actual balance transactions, use Credit History.

When a project is missing

Check these items in order:

  1. the correct team is selected;
  2. you are still a member of that team;
  3. the project creator added you to the project;
  4. the project was not closed or archived;
  5. the page does not report an access change or load failure.

An eligible user can reopen a closed project. If the project is archived, continue with another active project.

Closing versus archiving

  • Close pauses new creation while preserving project content and credit relationships. The team owner or project creator can reopen eligible projects. Default projects have no close action.
  • Archive removes an unused eligible project and cannot be reversed. The current action is shown to the project creator, and is unavailable for closed or default projects.

Read the confirmation dialog before acting and do not use Archive as a temporary pause.
