View and Transfer Creation Credits
Generation tasks consume credits. Credits belong to a team, not to an individual account.
Where to check your balance
Expand the workbench sidebar. The “Creation Quota” card sits at the bottom, showing the current balance along with “Recharge” and “Transfer Credits.”
A “Refresh quota” button sits next to the balance. The balance refreshes automatically when you change pages; if a generation task just finished and the number has not moved yet, refresh it manually.
When the sidebar is collapsed, the card keeps only its icon and the refresh button.
This card always shows the balance of the team you own. It does not follow the team selected under “Team Management” in the sidebar.
So when you open another team to view its assets or projects, the credit figure still belongs to your own team.
If you do not own a team, Refresh and Transfer Credits are disabled. Joining somebody else's team does not make these controls manage that team's credits.
Why generation can fail despite a positive balance
Generation uses credits from the selected project's team and is also subject to project and member limits. Your own team's sidebar balance does not describe the allowance available in another team's project.
If a balance or allowance error appears, check the selected project, its team, whether it is closed, and your member allowance in that project. A credit limit is not a personal wallet; see Team Members and Project Permissions.
Ways to add credits
- Recharge: the “Recharge” button on the quota card opens the recharge page, where you order by credit amount.
- Subscription: see Start and Manage a Subscription.
- Redeem code: see Use a Redeem Code.
Online recharge
- Select Recharge on the quota card or open Online Recharge. The page explains whether online payment is available for your team; non-owners may not be eligible.
- Select an available payment currency and adjust the credit amount in package increments. Buy at least one package, with the amount a multiple of its credit quantity.
- Check the credits, currency, and payable amount, then create the order.
- Enter payment details in the payment form and pay. Wait for order confirmation on the result page.
- After success, refresh the balance and verify the deposit in Credit Logs.
Package size, available currencies, and prices follow the current page and order. If confirmation is pending or times out, check the order and balance before paying again. Creating an order does not mean credits have been added.
Transfer credits between teams
The “Transfer Credits” button on the quota card sends credits to another team.
1. Confirm the source team
The dialog header states the source team and its available credits. The source is always the team you own and cannot be changed here.
2. Enter the target and amount
- Target email: this is the email of the other team's owner, not of an arbitrary member.
- Amount: must be a positive integer and cannot exceed the team's currently available credits.
3. Request and enter the verification code
Select “Get code.” The code is sent to your own registered email and is bound to the current source team. After sending, the button starts a countdown and can only be used again once it finishes.
4. Confirm the transfer
Select “Confirm transfer.” On success the dialog closes and the quota card balance refreshes automatically.
You cannot transfer to the same team. If any field is missing, or the amount exceeds the available credits, the dialog reports it directly without sending a request.
Before submitting, check the recipient owner's email and amount again. After success, filter Credit Logs by Transfer Out to verify the record. If the code does not arrive, check your own registered inbox and spam folder, then wait for the countdown before requesting another code.
