Review Credit Logs

Open Credit Logs

To find out where your credits went, open the “Credit Logs” tab on the workbench “Settings / Personal Center” page.

These logs belong to the team you own — the same team the sidebar quota card reflects. If you do not own a team, the page explains that there is no managed team and will not show another team’s logs. See View and Transfer Creation Credits.

Filtering by type

The type dropdown offers: All Types, Consume, Top-up, Redeem Code, Online Recharge, Transfer Out, Transfer In, and Refund.

Entries themselves may also show types such as Subscription Grant, Allocate, Reclaim, and Admin Adjust. Those are not in the dropdown but do appear in the list.

Filtering by date

Separate calendar pickers set the start and end of the range.

Once filters are set, “Reset” next to them clears everything at once.

Changing any filter returns you to the first page.

Reading an entry

Each entry shows the change amount. When the backend supplies it, the entry also shows the balance after that change. Some historical entries may omit this field; a missing balance is not zero.

Positive amounts increase credits; negative amounts decrease them. Times use your browser's time zone, with dates formatted for the current interface language.

Consumption entries also indicate the type (video, image) and task information. Refund and transfer entries state the reason — for example a refund for a failed task, a transfer to an email address, or a transfer from one.

Paging

Each page shows up to 20 entries. When there is more than one page, Previous and Next appear at the bottom, with the current page and total page count between them.

With no records at all, the list shows “No credit activity yet.”

Check a generation or deposit

  1. Confirm that the records belong to your owned team. These logs cannot directly verify project spending in another team.
  2. Clear old filters, then set a date range around the task or payment.
  3. Narrow by Consume, Online Recharge, Redeem Code, Transfer Out, or Transfer In as appropriate.
  4. Compare the amount, reason, task category, and any video duration / resolution shown.

If a failed task appears to have inconsistent charges, look for both consumption and refund entries. A Refund type does not establish one refund rule for all failures or cancellations; use the actual task outcome and transaction records.

A failed request shows a load error, which differs from an empty filtered list. Check your connection and reload. If you still cannot reconcile the entries, retain the task ID, time, and a description of the issue when contacting support.
