Use a Redeem Code
A redeem code converts directly into credits. Open “Redeem Center” from the account menu at the top right.
1. Enter the code
A redeem code is 8 digits, numbers only. The input strips non-digit characters and caps the length automatically, so pasting a code that carries spaces or hyphens is fine.
2. Submit
The “Redeem Now” button stays disabled until all 8 digits are entered. Once the code is complete, select it to submit.
3. Check the result
On success the page reports how many credits this code granted. The balance card at the top shows the amount received and the updated balance, and the redemption history refreshes at the same time.
Ten consecutive incorrect attempts within one hour trigger a one-hour rate limit.
Redemption history
The lower section lists used codes and the credits each one granted, ordered by time. When there is nothing to show, it displays “No redemption records.”
