Create Your First Team Project
Team projects organize creative work for team members. After completing these steps, you can select the project in Image or Video Generation.
Before you start
This guide describes creation through Team Management. Its creation controls are visible only to the team owner.
If you are a regular member of that team, ask its owner to create the project and add you to it.
Before continuing, confirm that Team Management has the intended team selected and prepare a project name that members can recognize.
1. Open team projects
- Find “Team Management” on the left side of the workbench.
- Select the team you want to use.
- Open the “Projects” tab.
2. Open the creation window
Select “Create Project.” If the team has no projects yet, you can select “Create First Project” from the empty page instead.
If neither action appears, confirm that you are the owner of the team.
3. Enter project details
- Project name: Required. Use a name that your team can easily recognize.
- Description: Optional. Add the purpose or creative direction when useful.
- Credit limit: Optional. Projects are unlimited by default; enable this setting to define the most credits the project can consume.
A credit limit does not reserve credits from the team in advance. When the limit is enabled, a value of 0 prevents the project from consuming credits. The value must also fit the credits currently available to the team.
4. Create and confirm the project
- Select “Create.”
- Wait for the creation window to close and the project list to refresh.
- Confirm that the new project card appears in the list.
The new project does not open automatically. The list refresh may not finish immediately, so wait until the project card appears before continuing.
What you should see
A new project card appears in the project list with the name you entered. On Image or Video Generation, the same project is available under the project selector.
Troubleshooting
- No create control: confirm that you are the team owner. Regular members need the owner to create the project.
- The card does not appear: wait for the list to refresh. If it remains missing, reopen the Projects tab and check for a creation error.
- The project is missing on a generation page: confirm that the project is active and that you have been added to it.
Next step
Prefer to start on a canvas?
Open Canvas Creation, select “New Canvas,” enter a project name, and choose “Create Project and Open Canvas.” This creates a new project in the team you own and opens its default canvas automatically. It does not reuse an existing project.
If the create action is unavailable, wait for team information to load and confirm that you own a team. If creation fails, check Projects for an already-created project before trying again.
To continue an existing project, open it and its episode through the project workspace.
